Group 2: Farmer Protection and Grain Sales - The government has enhanced the reporting channels for grain-related issues and increased public awareness of the grain circulation supervision hotline [4]. - A total of 339 cases were investigated based on reports from the hotline, particularly focusing on issues like delayed payments to farmers, leading to the identification and punishment of non-compliant enterprises [4]. - Stringent quality checks are conducted on grain leaving storage, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, with inspection reports accompanying the grain for a validity period of six months [4].
