2025年12月7日下午，南京市职工作家协会2025年度总结暨新年规划研讨会在南京长炉大厦顺利召开。协会领导卢云、曹峰 峻、白雁，顾问王朔、徐廷华、李风宇、冯秋红，理事周新、魏鲲鹏，作家代表尤国勋等出席会议。 会长卢云代表协会作年度工作总结报告，副会长白雁做协会创作队伍建设和"职工主题"创作思路的发言，常务副会长曹峰峻 主持会议。 会议全面回顾了南京市职工作家协会恢复重建一年来在文学创作、活动组织、文化传播等方面的丰硕成果，系统规划了2026 年发展蓝图。 年度工作报告包括三方面的内容：首先是分享传承创作成果，激发职工创作活力。2025年作为中华全国总工会成立100周年， 职工作协以"传承红色工运文脉，激发职工创作活力"为核心，扎实开展多项重点文学活动。11月份，协会联合南京市职工文 化体育协会、南京市工人文化宫举办"高举红色工运旗帜，谱写时代精神文脉"的主题采风活动，组织会员及文学爱好者沿南 京长江大桥，和记洋行、下关老火车站、中山码头旧址等红色工运地标开展citywalk(城市漫步)，开展"红色工运主题征文活 动"，征集到诗歌、散文作品66篇(首)，经修改、审定后结集出版，定格红色记忆。文学成果传承推广方 ...
