据科技日报18日报道,近日,安徽万瑞冷电科技有限公司(简称"万瑞冷电")自主研制的低温精制及脱 氖装置在陕西延安天然气提氦项目现场完成工程验收。该装置产出氦气纯度达到99.99997%(6N9 级),氖气杂质含量低于0.3ppm。作为国内首套从天然气中提取6N9级超纯氦气的装置,这一成果标志 着我国在低丰度天然气提氦领域实现了重大突破。 作为一种不可再生的战略资源,氦气因其独特的超低温特性和化学惰性,在大科学装置、尖端医疗及航 空航天等领域发挥着至关重要的作用,被誉为"工业血液"。然而,我国天然气田氦气平均丰度仅为 0.03%—0.05%,远低于国际富氦气田1%—7%的水平,"贫氦"特性使得我国传统提氦技术效率低下,纯 度难以突破99.9999%关口。 据了解,研发团队在国内首创了新型"联合法"提氦工艺体系。该工艺体系创新融合了脱氢、膜分离、变 压吸附、低温精制的四阶耦合工艺。首先通过催化脱氢技术脱除氢气杂质实现氦气初步富集,然后经过 膜分离+变压吸附深度脱除氮气、甲烷等主要杂质,最后采用30K深低温精制工艺,精准脱除氖气杂 质,获取超纯氦气产品。这套装置可实现24小时不停机连续运行,每年提取高纯氦气40万立 ...
