Everything Has Changed This Crypto Cycle - 2026 XRP & Crypto Prediction
Everyone is going to get this crypto cycle wrong, including myself. Yeah, that's right. I'm admitting it.Everyone is going to get this cycle wrong because this is for the first time in crypto history. This is the first time that everything has completely changed. In previous cycles, it was very easy to predict the top and also the bottom because we were going off of a timeframebased cycle top and bottom, which was the four-year cycle.Today, we know that that four-year cycle is basically dead. A lot of peopl ...
BitMine Chair’s ‘Feature, Not a Bug’ Theory Fails to Pull Buyers as BMNR Resumes 30% Fall
Yahoo Finance· 2026-02-04 13:00
Core Viewpoint - BitMine Holdings (BMNR) is facing significant pressure on its stock price due to ongoing selling in crypto-linked equities, with a decline of nearly 25% over five days and more than 33% over one month, currently trading around $22.35 [1] Group 1: Financial Performance - BitMine has reported heavy unrealized losses on its Ethereum treasury, with an investment of approximately $14.95 billion in ETH holdings, which has decreased in market value to around $8.53 billion, resulting in paper losses exceeding $6.4 billion [2] - Ethereum is trading near $2,200, significantly below BitMine's average acquisition cost of roughly $3,800, indicating substantial losses on the company's treasury [3] Group 2: Market Reactions - The large unrealized losses have raised concerns among market observers, who argue that this could limit future upside and pressure shareholder returns, with warnings that accumulated ETH might eventually act as a selling supply [4] - Despite Chairman Tom Lee's defense of the strategy, stating that drawdowns are "a feature, not a bug," and that BitMine is designed to accumulate through downturns, the stock has not attracted sustained buying interest [5] Group 3: Investor Behavior - Market participation data indicates that investors began exiting before the public debate intensified, as shown by the On-Balance Volume (OBV) which tracks cumulative buying and selling pressure [6] - From early December to late January, OBV was forming higher lows, signaling steady accumulation, but it broke below its rising trend line between January 28 and 29, suggesting that retail and short-term traders started distributing shares [7] - Following the weakening of OBV, institutional-style capital also began to exit, indicating a broader trend of retail buyers leaving the market [9]
Have We Outgrown the 4-Year Crypto Cycle? 🤔💸
Bitcoin Bram· 2026-02-01 11:00
I I'm with James. I think the four-year cycle is over. Um I think the four-ear cycle was kind of driven by the having when when the rewards were bigger. Now the rewards are so small compared to the EBIT IBIT buying and all the other. I just don't think the four-year cycle matters. I think there will be cycles just driven like there are cycles in every market just driven by fear and greed and people will get levered up and get way too far out over their skis and then you know of course things will correct. And ...

Retail Investors ARE GONE!! Can Crypto EVER RECOVER!?
Coin Bureau· 2026-01-13 14:00
This crypto cycle should have been the biggest one ever. Large cap cryptos like BTC, ETH, and XRP hit new all-time highs, and narratives like tokenization took off. Regulation was better than ever, and investors now have easy access to crypto through spot ETFs.But despite everything seemingly going right for the industry, it looks like the buyers never showed up in size. So today, we're holding up a mirror to crypto, asking why the hypes felt so muted and tackling the question on everyone's mind. Where are ...

RT Marius | Kamino (@y2kappa)These recent events feel like end of cycle things, at least end of this current mini crypto cycle. Really sad to see them happening, but not at all surprising. You didn’t need to be a visionary genius to have seen them coming, just needed a long enough memory span.We have remained disciplined with our risk management, been hardening our configs, caps, LTVs, oracles, infrastructure, due diligence, asset isolation. We knew that late cycle is especially ugly, just sucks that we’re he ...
