Don't quote me on this, but I think that force will be quite strong. So that force may be strong enough to offset the fouryear cycle. Who knows.Uh >> so you're saying next year bull market. >> We may be seeing a super super cycle. So we'll see.Yeah. Uh I'm not sure. >> We'll see.>> Yeah. Um, so, >> and there you guys have, of course, CZ, the founder of Binance, speculating on the fact that the four-year cycle is essentially dead and that we are in a super cycle for crypto. Now, if you guys did watch my prev ...
It Makes Sense To Say...
Benjamin Cowen· 2025-12-07 12:19
At the end of the day, what if the four-year cycle is intact. And what if we do get a bare market rally at some point back to 100K and it draws people back in only to eventually go lower into the summer of 2026. I think that's very well likely what will happen. And the reason I say it is because while from a timing perspective, this bare market could not start, I mean, it it it couldn't be any more the same as all the other prior cycles, Q4 of every post having year. How could we pretend like it can't happen ...
Bitcoin’s New 2-Year Cycle? What It Means for 2026
Cointelegraph· 2025-12-05 17:24
The four-year cycle that shaped every Bitcoin bull and bare market is dead. And now investors are scrambling for a new framework to understand what's coming next. What's different about this cycle versus the past 10 years is in the past 10 years, AI was not an investable opportunity. And if there's, you know, ample capacity for money to flow in, maybe it'll go to Bitcoin. But maybe actually this cycle it might not go to Bitcoin because there's other things people are chasing. In this interview with Jeff Park ...

Grayscale Research expects Bitcoin to set new all-time highs in 2026, pushing back against the widely held “four-year cycle” narrative. The firm said this cycle has not seen the usual parabolic surge driven by retail traders, with institutional inflows, potential rate cuts, and progress on U.S. crypto legislation all supporting a break from the traditional cycle.https://t.co/osBC0MF6wn ...
Bitcoin pullback is ‘a warning’ to markets: Strategist
Yahoo Finance· 2025-11-21 20:30
Do you see crypto as sort of a leading risk appetite signal or do you see it more as lagging where it kind of depends >> at least in this cycle and this pullback it was certainly leadership Nvidia and and the rest of the selling pressure in the broader market took place after that. So it was a warning and it also aligns with some of the positioning in the retail space. They started to derisk over the last few months in the positioning data that we look at.You have a jittery crypto market because of concerns ...

Bitcoin Has Reached the End of the 4-Year Cycle: What’s Next?
Cointelegraph· 2025-10-24 16:00
Market Outlook - The traditional four-year Bitcoin cycle may be ending, potentially leading to a final blowoff top followed by a market crash, although this outlook is not universally agreed upon [1] - Bitcoin is at a pivotal point, with its structural bull market intact but at risk; a drop below $107,000 raises fears of falling below $100,000, while exceeding $118,000 suggests new all-time highs are possible [1][4] - Galaxy Digital initially predicted Bitcoin could reach $185,000 by the end of 2025, but now considers $130,000 to $150,000 a more likely range [3] - The four-year cycle may no longer be in place, as the price trend since November 2022 resembles a slow, steady climb rather than previous cycles with blowoff tops and troughs [18][19] - A potential bear market is expected to be less severe than previous ones, with a drop to $95,000 representing a 25% decline from all-time highs, which is mild compared to historical drawdowns of 70-90% [22][23] Market Factors - Bitcoin's recent drops are not due to fundamental issues but rather to macro factors and anxiety in equity markets, trading like a macro asset [9] - Concerns about AI capital expenditure (capex) and its potential impact on equity markets could negatively affect all markets, including Bitcoin [8] - Government investment in AI resembles a space race or Manhattan project, with significantly more funding than was allocated to the internet in the 1990s [8] - Negative tariff headlines or squishiness in equity markets could negatively impact Bitcoin [17] Institutionalization and Demand - Significant selling of older Bitcoin coins has been absorbed by buyers at higher prices, indicating strong demand and bullish sentiment [11][12] - The ability of the Bitcoin market to absorb a $10 billion sale (80,000 Bitcoin) from an OG is incredibly bullish, with ETFs, advisors, and institutions being the primary buyers [13] - Morgan Stanley is allowing its 10,000 registered investment advisors to recommend Bitcoin allocations up to 4% in client portfolios, signaling increased institutional adoption [15] - The fair price for Bitcoin is being agreed upon at or near $100,000, supported by a realized cap of over $1 trillion and substantial Bitcoin purchases above $100,000 [26]
