I think people feel like you can't make mistakes and that is actually the opposite of how I feel. I would much rather people just try and make a decision and then it's wrong and a week later they adjust and change than they spend like 3 months not making a decision and by the time that that decision was made the entire market has changed. Our internal or has changed it doesn't make sense.And so right now I think my number one hiring criteria is literally just bias for action. Like that's it. [music] [music] ...
