苏州市法援两项指标全省居首

昨天(1月9日),记者从苏州市司法局获悉,全市去年共办理法律援助案件2.02万件,常住人口受 援率达万分之15.6,两项指标均居全省首位。 去年,市司法局全面贯彻新修订的《江苏省法律援助条例》,不断丰富服务供给、提升服务质量、 强化品牌引领,推动法律援助工作提质增效。 在织密民生服务网络方面,苏州持续实施法援站点覆盖提升工程,新建工作站17个、联络点65个, 规范化改造站点61个,村(社区)站点覆盖率达95%,形成"横向到边、纵向到底、无缝隙、全覆盖"的 服务网;姑苏区打造的"新骑"平江工作站,覆盖外卖骑手高频活动区域,入选省司法厅第三批"法援惠 民生"特色站点品牌。 在保障特殊困难群体方面,苏州加强低收入人口、"一老一小"、残疾人等重点群体权益保护,聚焦 欠薪纠纷兜底援助,强化新业态从业者、农民工等群体劳动争议法律援助;深化"法援惠民生"专项活 动,推行法律援助"区域通办",打破地域管辖限制,实现"就近跑一次"。全年办理新就业群体援助案件 44件,"区域通办"和"站点直办"案件300余件。 市司法局持续加强与检察机关的协作,推进审查起诉阶段律师辩护全覆盖,强化认罪认罚案件值班 律师实质化帮助。全市办理刑事案 ...
