本报讯(记者杨民仆)"十四五"以来,江苏省财政厅累计安排资金1.3亿元支持自然资源部门向海图强,获 取我省近海海域水下地理信息数据,筑牢海洋开发利用的"数据基石"。 这些数据,为海岸带生态修复、临海产业空间选址等提供了精细化的时空数据支撑。在海岸带安全屏障 建设领域,成果为全省海堤全线提标工程方案研究提供高精度地形数据支撑,通过数据对比分析了近岸 地形变化、滩面下蚀情况,显著提升工程规划方案的科学性与安全性,为筑牢抵御风暴潮灾害的"海上 长城"奠定坚实基础。 "十四五"以前,我省近海海域水下精确地形数据空缺。项目团队攻坚克难,历史性突破近海复杂地形测 量的技术瓶颈,首次成功获取了连云港、南通等地区2.1万平方千米水下地理信息数据与关键海图要 素。累计完成水下地形测量测线长度达14.1万余千米,相当于绕地球赤道三周半,形成了一系列精度达 厘米级的水下地形成果。 ...
