本报特约评论员 消防安全面前，谁都不是"局外人"。我们每个人都应该时刻绷紧"安全弦"，主动学习消防知识，积极争 当消防安全的宣传者、践行者、志愿者，支持和参与火灾隐患排查行动。无论是在家中，还是在工作单 位，或是在其他场所，都保持高度警醒，严守安全底线，坚决向火灾隐患说"不"。携手同心构建人人关 注消防、人人学习消防、人人参与消防的良好局面，为首都高质量发展提供更坚实的安全保障。 善于与整改质效较真。既往的火灾案例也表明：不少事故的发生都与隐患久拖不改有关。一些单位对监 管部门开出的隐患清单一拖再拖；有的把隐患闭环整改做成"半拉子"工程，结果小患酿成了大灾。因 此，要强化"隐患就是事故"的理念，加大督查力度，以"整改不到位不松手、落实不彻底不收兵"的决心 推动整改工作。对隐患问题特别突出、违法行为特别严重、拒不履行主体责任、重大隐患逾期不改的突 出违法违规行为，依法用足处置措施和执法手段，形成强烈震慑。同时，加强对典型案例的通报，不断 提升"查处一案、警醒一片"的警示教育效果。 安全是发展的前提，没有安全这个"1"，其他一切都是"0"。各相关单位尤其是"三大场所"管理者、经营 者应以此次排查行动为契机，建立完 ...
