近日，省教育厅等十五部门联合印发了《关于推进新时代山东省社区教育高质量发展的意见》，提 出到2025年底，实现省、市、县三级社区大学全覆盖；到2027年底，实现城市五级社区教育办学体系全 覆盖，并不断向乡镇、村居延伸；到2030年底，建成覆盖全省城乡五级社区教育办学体系。 《意见》从健全办学体系、整合场所阵地、丰富内容形式等七方面提出了22项发展举措。在健全办 学体系方面，将规范办学设置，明确办学定位，健全办学机制，按照"区域统筹、分级办学"运行机制， 健全省、市、县（市、区）、乡镇（街道）、村（社区）五级社区教育办学体系，形成全省社区教育一 体化办学格局。同时，整合场所阵地，统筹共用社区资源，开放共享学校资源，充分利用社会资源，建 强配齐师资队伍，完善管理考评体系，定期组织开展评师评教活动。 在丰富内容形式方面，将面向全体居民以及老年、青年、少年、家长和特殊群体开展多样化教育服 务。通过开展全民素养教育、社区老年教育、开办社区"青年夜校"、青少年校外实践教育、家庭教育、 特殊群体关爱教育等举措，加快推动优质文化教育资源直达基层。（记者 曹儒峰 ） ...
