近期，我省各地陆续进入高温酷暑季节。7月5日，省民政厅下发通知，就做好极端天气的流浪乞讨人员 救助管理工作作出安排部署，启动"夏季送清凉"专项救助行动。 通知要求，各地要加强部门协同，完善四级救助联动机制，制订细化应对极端天气、自然灾害等突发事 件的应急预案。要加强在极端高温、暴雨天气的巡查力度，重点对辖区内汽车站、火车站、繁华商业 区、主要交通干道、地下通道、桥梁涵洞、在建工程区域、拆迁区域、废弃房屋等生活无着流浪乞讨人 员集中活动和露宿区域开展全面排查，积极劝说、引导其到救助管理机构内接受救助。对不愿进入救助 管理机构接受救助的人员，要因地制宜设置临时避暑场所，提供必要的防暑降温药品、饮品、食品等物 品，并告知其求助联系方式，对有需要医疗救助的人员，要及时安排送医救治。（记者 李丹） ...
