中新网青海新闻1月7日电(焕角龙什多 李隽)近年来,为持续完善城市功能、提升公共服务品质,切实增 强群众获得感、幸福感、安全感,海北州刚察县锚定"精细管理提品质,市政服务暖民心"工作目标,多 点发力、多措并举推进城市品质提档升级,县域面貌焕发新颜。 结合刚察气候特征、节气规律,精准锚定冬灌、春灌关键时间节点,全流程精细化灌排管护。春灌阶 段,浇灌退耕还林地、县城主次干道、周边公园绿地等面积达143.7万平方米,推动园林植物整体返青 率提升至90%,新植苗木成活率稳定在90%以上;冬灌阶段,对义务植树林、郭明义植树林共计1800亩 林区实施科学冬灌,同步推进县城周边其他区域绿化带冬灌及冬季养护工作,为植物来年萌发、返青储 备充足水分,城市景观效果与生态环境质量显著改善。(完) 刚察县以"补短板、强功能、惠民生"为导向,全面开展市政设施养护专项行动,累计更换塌陷花砖1500 平方米,同步修复果皮箱、石凳、公交车站站牌等公共设施173处,维修疏通雨污水井986处,更换破损 井盖135套,加装污水井防坠网120余条。从"看得见的设施修复"到"看不见的安全兜底",全方位筑牢城 市安全防线,城市基础设施承载能力显著增强。 ...
