新华社西安5月4日电(记者邹竞一)清晨,晋陕大峡谷笼罩在一片宁静中。在陕西韩城一侧黄河岸边的 悬崖上,一座简朴的两层小楼静静矗立——这里是龙门水文站,又被称为"悬崖上的水文站"。 这是一座特殊的水文站:面向奔流不息的黄河,背靠绝壁万仞的山崖,龙门水文站就像一座"孤岛",人 员进出只能通过一条悬吊在黄河上空的钢索吊箱。全站11名职工,其中有7名是"95后"。 这也是一座重要的水文站:作为国家重要水文站和黄河重点报汛站,龙门水文站控制着黄河流域49.8万 平方公里的集水面积,为三门峡和小浪底水库调度运用、黄河防汛、水量调度、重大治黄试验研究和国 民经济建设积累了大量水文资料。 五四青年节前夕,记者来到龙门水文站,探访基层水文工作者如何在悬崖与激流间守护黄河安澜。 "机房注意,吊箱准备出发!"龙门水文站负责人李超华穿好救生衣,登上进出水文站的特殊"工具"。脚 下20多米处,黄河水奔涌向前,吊箱在峡谷风的吹拂下微微晃动。 水文站为什么要建在悬崖上?
