新华社南京6月10日电(记者朱国亮)南京市公安局10日披露捣毁3个非法入侵医院挂号系统的"黑客黄 牛"团伙,团伙持有的个别支付账号一年支付记录高达5000余条,挂号平均仅需0.02秒。 一边是普通患者一号难求,一边是"黄牛"在网络平台公然声称可代挂专家号。针对医院挂号难这一突出 民生问题,南京市公安局于今年1月成立专案组进行侦查。 专案组首先调取相关医院近一年来4万余条挂号记录,对热门专家挂号信息进行比对分析,发现多个第 三方支付账号存在异常数量的挂号支付信息,个别账号一年支付记录高达5000余条,远超正常患者就医 频次。与此同时,专案组还发现还存在同一个IP地址短时间内使用不同身份证号高频挂号、多个就诊卡 绑定同一支付账户的异常情况。 通过对这些异常数据的分析、追踪,南京警方最终锁定分别以曹某、倪某、余某为首的3个犯罪团伙, 并于今年5月15日在河南、安徽等地开展集中收网行动,截至目前已抓获犯罪嫌疑人22人。 之后,另外两个"黑客黄牛"团伙也浮出水面。这两个团伙主要采取"占坑洗号"方式,其手法是:先通过 网络购买数百个手机号码,然后利用抢号软件抢挂"占号",再行倒卖。 南京警方表示,经实测,普通患者网上挂号 ...
