转自:贵州日报 本报讯(记者 陈龙)1月4日,天眼新闻发布《服务热线打不通,星级服务区一公共卫生间建而不 用?》报道后,贵州高投服务管理有限公司高度重视。1月8日,久长服务区就相关问题作出进一步反 馈。 关于公共卫生间长期围挡的情况,经核实,该卫生间属于服务区投用初期的配套设施,现为司机之家的 一部分。因内部空间与设施设备已难以满足当前司乘人员高频使用需求,服务区将其调整为潮汐卫生 间,由工作人员根据场区人流情况,主要在节假日高峰时段开放,以辅助后期新建的公共卫生间,共同 提供服务。针对元旦期间未开放的原因,工作人员说明,目前司机之家正处于整体优化提升施工阶段, 为保障施工安全而采取临时封闭措施,待施工结束后,该卫生间将继续按潮汐模式管理。 关于服务热线难以接通的问题,经查,部分号码为服务区项目招投标阶段所使用,现已完成同步更新。 同时,为便于群众联系,久长服务区在综合楼大厅(餐饮区)设置了公众服务平台二维码,其中公示了 现场服务电话和投诉热线,供有需要的司乘人员查看使用。 ...
