【科技日报】电泵浦片上纠缠量子光源亮度提升6个数量级

记者17日从中国科学技术大学获悉,该校潘建伟、张强等科研人员与其他单位合作,通过混合集成 分布式反馈激光器与薄膜铌酸锂光子芯片,成功实现电泵浦片上集成高亮度偏振纠缠量子光源,向集成 化量子信息处理迈出重要一步。相关成果16日发表在《物理评论快报》上。 利用中国科学院半导体研究所牛智川研究员团队开发的780纳米波段分布式反馈激光器,结合济南 量子技术研究院的集成化双通道参量下转换薄膜铌酸锂光子芯片,研究团队实现了高效的自发参量下转 换以及片上偏振纠缠态制备,并通过直流或脉冲电信号泵浦,在室温下实现了超高亮度偏振纠缠光子对 产生,亮度达到4.5×1010对/秒/毫瓦,带宽达到73纳米。该亮度较此前基于氮化硅平台的电泵浦纠缠源 提升了6个数量级,带宽提升了1个数量级。 实验结果表明,该纠缠源在多个波长信道下保真度均大于96%,并具备宽带复用能力,器件尺寸仅 为15毫米×20毫米,展现出优异的集成度。该器件适用于波分复用的光纤网络量子密钥分发、基于卫星 的星地量子通信以及基于纠缠的量子精密测量等应用场景。 (原载于《科技日报》 2025-12-18 03版) 纠缠量子光源是量子信息科学的核心资源之一。传统纠缠光子源通 ...
