Group 1 - The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) voted on April 30, 2025, to issue a negative final ruling on anti-dumping and countervailing duties for epoxy resins imported from China and India, determining that these products do not cause substantial harm to the U.S. domestic industry [1] - Following the ITC's negative ruling, the U.S. Department of Commerce will not impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on the implicated products from China and India [1] - Conversely, the ITC issued affirmative rulings on anti-dumping duties for epoxy resins imported from South Korea, Thailand, and Taiwan, and on countervailing duties for products from South Korea and Taiwan, indicating that these products do cause substantial harm or threat to the U.S. domestic industry [1] Group 2 - On April 23, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated anti-dumping and countervailing investigations on epoxy resins imported from China, India, South Korea, and Taiwan, and an anti-dumping investigation on imports from Thailand [2] - On March 31, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued final rulings on anti-dumping duties for epoxy resins from China, India, South Korea, Thailand, and Taiwan, and on countervailing duties for products from China, India, South Korea, and Taiwan [2]
