FSD (Full Self-Driving) Version 14 Key Features - Version 14 model is 10x larger than version 13, leveraging more data and reinforcement learning (RL) use cases [1] - Version 14 operates in supervised, unsupervised, and unsupervised Robotaxi modes, all software-controlled [2][5] - Version 14 will only run on HW4 vehicles [3] FSD Version 14 Iterative Improvements - Version 14.1 incorporates fine-tuning based on an expanded range of RL use cases, likely from Robotaxi experiences [2] - Version 14.2 further expands RL use cases, potentially leading to a more 'sentient' driving experience [3] Robotaxi Implications - Version 14.2 may enable the removal of safety observers for Robotaxi, subject to regulatory requirements [4] - Dynamic mode switching will occur based on location, with user prompts indicating changes [5]

RT Jo Bhakdi (@JOBhakdi)FSD Version 14 is coming next week!As I said in today's $TSLA update, I think we are getting on thin ice after this runup, but statistically we should have another $20 or so (450) to run - assuming NO additional catalysts. But FSD 14 as well as potentially the affordable model launch in the next 10 days COULD push the stock above $480.Time to stay tuned daily if you are trading around the margins. ...

Autonomous Driving Technology - FSD Version 14 is considered effectively unsupervised, resembling SAE Level 5 autonomy [1] - Tesla aimed for full autonomy from the beginning, bypassing incremental SAE levels [2] - Focusing on SAE levels can hinder innovation, turning engineering into bureaucratic processes [3] - U S regulations prioritize safety outcomes and data over adherence to SAE levels [4] Industry Perspective - Legacy automakers followed SAE levels incrementally, while Tesla pursued direct autonomy [2] - The industry should prioritize innovation and real-world performance over rigid adherence to standards [3][4]
