Took a bit from your article: Honor unveiled more of what they're calling their Robot Phone at the Mobile World Congress this weekend in Barcelona. The phone is really just a smartphone with a gimbal-stabilized camera arm on the back, but the camera will have a 200-megapixel sensor and has various AI camera tracking modes along with “dancing” to music.
