据了解,受上一轮强降雨和上游来水影响,平谷区海子、西峪、黄松峪、杨家台、花峪五座水库也仍在 进行泄水作业。虽然下泄流量有所降低,全区河道处于退水状态,但是强降雨后,堤防长期在高水位中 浸泡,土基含水量大大增加,稳定性有所减弱,临水侧坡面极易出现坍塌、滑坡等险情,背水坡脚附近 容易形成管涌。 据北京水务部门消息,当前,密云水库下泄流量减少,但潮河、白河、潮白河河道水流仍然湍急,工作 人员正加强巡查排险,及时处置坝体、堤岸、桥梁、临河路段的风险隐患。8月1日起,官厅水库也加大 出库流量至100立方米/秒,永定河流量持续加大。各大水库泄流期间,市民仍需远离山洪沟道、水库、 河道、堤防等涉水区域,避免发生危险。 当前,山区土壤饱和度较高,市民需暂缓涉山涉水户外活动。水务部门提醒市民,为保障自身安全,防 止发生意外,泄流期间,请务必遵守以下安全提示:远离河道,切勿在河道内进行洗衣、钓鱼、捕鱼、 游泳、划船、摄影等活动;家长需加强对孩子的看护,确保他们远离河道河滩,防止发生意外;严禁向 河道内倾倒垃圾、填土或堆放各类杂物,以确保河道畅通无阻;严禁在河道内从事其他可能引发危险的 活动。 新一轮雨水又至,北京有9区山洪风险升 ...
