Space is hugePhil Trubey (@PTrubey):Btw, for those horrified about the prospect of a million AI data center satellites orbiting the earth, Elon is correct when he says space is huge.Earth’s circumference is about 25,000 miles. So if you spaced satellites every 1/2 mile from each other, you could put 50,000 ...

A lot of commentary is about how this is all about the rare earth metals. I don't actually think that's right. I mean, yes, it has a value, but let's remember that there are rare earth metals all over the place. It's the refining that's the issue. And Greenland is not going to be excited about having the toxic refining process happen here. So, what are the bigger issues.I say number one, a space race. And we have to remember to do the space race you need ground station links to satellites. The most effective ...

RT Mario Nawfal (@MarioNawfal)EARTH CAN’T HANDLE AI - SO WE’RE SENDING IT TO SPACEAI is growing so fast, we’re about to blow out Earth’s power grid trying to keep it running. So what’s the next genius move?Easy: build satellites with AI brains, power them with sunlight, and launch millions of them into orbit.Instead of sending all your data down to Earth and melting servers in the process, these satellites do the thinking up there and just beam back the answers. Fast, clean, and no air conditioning required ...
