They have been obvserable for millennia either based on crop cycles in ancient times or credit/debt cycles in recent centuries. My view is this one may be extended by 6 to 9 months based on debt maturity length, interest rates, financial conditions and liquidity but as always we are dealing with probabilities and not certainties ...
