Group 1 - The core viewpoint emphasizes the implementation of the "Three Links" work method, which focuses on "Party Building Jointly, Party-Mass Cooperation, and Party-Mass Joint Governance" to stimulate new grassroots governance dynamics in the community [1] Group 2 - The community party branch has signed a cooperation agreement with the property management to establish a "Red Discussion Hall," creating a rapid response mechanism for residents' needs through both online and offline channels [2] - A total of over 350 public infrastructure maintenance tasks have been completed, ensuring efficient resolution of issues such as elevator repairs and streetlight replacements [2] Group 3 - The community has organized volunteer services for 37 individuals, providing essential living supplies and assistance to the elderly and families in need [3] - Over 40 activities have been conducted for left-behind children and those in difficult situations, including weekend classes and summer care programs [3] - 13 cultural and health-related events have been organized to enrich residents' spiritual lives and enhance community cohesion [3] Group 4 - A collaborative platform has been established for residents, property management, and the community to address conflicts and daily disputes, achieving consensus on typical issues such as noise from dance groups and illegal parking [4] - The community has implemented a closed-loop management model for problem-solving, enhancing residents' emergency response capabilities through joint efforts with fire departments and police [4] - A total of 96 environmental cleanup actions have been conducted, clearing 212 sanitation dead corners and promoting good hygiene habits among residents [4]
