●李全玲 提高职工群众数字素养和技能。要提高全民全社会数字素养和技能,加强信息无障碍建设,帮助老年 人、残疾人等特殊群体跨越数字鸿沟。聚焦基层职工群众数字素养提升,开展针对性培训,让数字化文 化服务真正走进千家万户。一是开展常态化数字技能培训。依托团场综合文化活动中心、连队文化活动 室、新时代文明实践站等阵地,组织开展智能手机操作、线上服务平台使用等培训活动,重点面向老年 人,手把手教学,帮助他们掌握基本的数字技能;邀请专业技术人员、志愿者开展上门服务,为行动不 便的老年人提供服务。二是打造智能服务环境。在线上服务平台、智能服务设备中增加"无障碍"选项, 为视障群体、听障群体提供无障碍文化服务,让他们能够便捷获取文化资源。三是营造数字文化共享氛 围。通过宣传栏、广播、微信群等渠道,鼓励职工群众积极参与数字化文化体验活动,开展数字文化体 验日、线上文化节等活动,让职工群众在实践中提升数字素养,感受数字化服务带来的便利和乐趣。 强化专业人才队伍支撑。人才是科技赋能公共文化服务的核心支撑,要着力打造一支既懂文化又懂技术 的专业人才队伍。一是加大人才引进力度。面向社会公开招聘数字技术、文化创意、数据分析等方面的 专业 ...
