(本文作者孙宜学为同济大学国际文化交流学院教授,上海市世界中国学研究会副会长) 高校作为思想文化生产与人才培养的主阵地,外语学科因其语言优势和跨文化特性,自然成为国际传播 体系建设的重要支撑力量。传统外语教育以语言技能训练为核心,侧重输入型学习。但在新时代国家战 略需求、国际格局演变、技术变革与学科自身发展逻辑的共同作用下,外语学科开始重视输出型功能, 即主动用外语讲述中国故事、阐释中国道路、传播中华文化,外语学科也因此从语言工具向话语建构转 型,国际传播成为外语学科功能拓展与升级的维度之一,越来越引起外语人的关注。高校外语教师和学 生掌握多语种能力,熟悉对象国文化与传播机制,是国际传播的第一梯队。因此,推动外语学科向国际 传播转型,既是建构中国自主知识体系的现实需要,也是中国参与全球知识重构的主动选择。 误区三、以外语传播逻辑主导中华文化传播。将"洋味"思维内化为潜意识,过度迁就外国受众习惯导致 中华文化精髓被稀释,出现"形式保留、实质异化"的"橘枳现象";过度依赖外语传播而忽视中文主导地 位,弱化母语文化传承,甚至使中华文化成为外国文化的负面参照。鉴于此,外语学科要坚守中华文化 本真与多元传播融合。坚守中 ...
