Economic Development - Tibet Autonomous Region has achieved significant economic progress, with all 628,000 impoverished residents lifted out of poverty by the end of 2019, and all 74 impoverished counties have been removed from the poverty list, fundamentally resolving regional poverty issues [4] - In 2024, Tibet will allocate 12.39 billion yuan for agricultural and rural development, prioritizing the integration of farmers and agricultural industries [4] - The per capita disposable income of rural residents in Tibet is expected to reach 21,578 yuan in 2024, marking an 8.3% increase and the first time surpassing the 20,000 yuan threshold, the highest growth rate in the country [4] Cultural Protection - By the end of 2024, Tibet has registered 4,468 cultural heritage sites and 2,373 cultural protection units, including 70 national key cultural protection units and one world cultural heritage site [4] - Tibet has three national historical and cultural cities and several historical towns and villages, contributing to the preservation of its cultural heritage [4] - There are currently 2,760 representative projects of intangible cultural heritage and 1,668 representative inheritors in Tibet [4] Education and Healthcare - The nine-year compulsory education consolidation rate in Tibet has reached 97.86%, with standardized central schools covering all townships [5] - Local diseases such as iodine deficiency, echinococcosis, and big bone disease have been effectively controlled, leading to improved health levels among residents [5] - Modern sanitation facilities have been established, with a rural sanitation toilet separation rate exceeding 90% [5] Infrastructure Development - In 2024, Tibet's rural road mileage is expected to reach 94,800 kilometers, with 100% accessibility for townships and administrative villages, creating a comprehensive modern transportation network [5] - The main power grid has achieved full coverage across 74 counties and major townships, ensuring 100% electricity access in agricultural and pastoral areas [5] - By 2024, all 1,553 households in 25 high-altitude villages above 5,000 meters will have access to clean energy heating [5] Ecological Protection - From 2016 to 2024, an average of 516,000 ecological protection jobs have been provided annually, resulting in an average income of 3,500 yuan per person [6] - Tibet is promoting "personal carbon accounts" to achieve full coverage across the region, with total carbon reduction reaching 2,684.1 tons [6]
