来源:新闻联播 为推动平台经济创新和健康发展,近日,国家发展改革委、市场监管总局、国家网信办联合发布《互联 网平台价格行为规则》,自2026年4月10日起施行。 要点如下↓↓ 行为规则适用于哪些经营者? 行为规则适用于平台经营者、平台内经营者。 平台经营者,是指提供网络经营场所、交易撮合、信息发布等平台服务的法人或者非法人组织;平台内 经营者,是指通过平台销售商品或者提供服务的经营者。 行为规则共计7章29条,规定了平台经营者、平台内经营者实施价格行为应当遵守的规范。 关于补贴促销,平台经营者应当在网站或者应用程序(APP)相应活动页面显著位置标示补贴及相关促 销活动规则,明确补贴对象、补贴方式、参与条件、起止时间等信息。 此外,行为规则明确,平台经营者应当根据商品或者服务的价格、销量、信用等以多种方式向消费者显 示商品或者服务的搜索结果。对于竞价排名的商品或者服务,应当显著标明"广告"。平台经营者开展竞 价排名或者提供排名推荐服务的,应当向参与竞价的平台内经营者告知搜索排序、推荐和竞价排名的规 则。 价格竞争 行为规则明确,价格行为是指平台经营者、平台内经营者在销售商品或者提供服务过程中与价格相关的 行为, ...
