The "core layer" aligns with the group's development needs, forming a closed-loop innovation system that connects demand, research, and transformation, directly generating economic benefits and competitive advantages [2] - The "collaboration layer" links external top-tier innovation resources for joint key technology breakthroughs, such as a catalyst performance optimization project in collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, which will enhance the production process of high-end chemicals [2] - The "ecological layer" integrates into the regional innovation system by providing over 20 sets of precision testing equipment to support small and medium enterprises, fostering a collaborative innovation environment [2] Market-Oriented Operation Mechanism - The institute has established three major innovation mechanisms: a demand-driven research mechanism that ensures research aligns with market needs, generating sustainable income through technology services and results transformation [3] - A co-investment and risk-sharing mechanism where industry chain enterprises contribute at least 50% of funding, alongside social capital, to create an open investment ecosystem, successfully developing high-performance EVOH monomers [3] - A flexible and efficient incentive mechanism that enhances talent innovation effectiveness, allowing project managers to make key decisions and linking core personnel's income to their contributions, resulting in the recruitment of 21 high-end talents and the incubation of 7 innovation teams [3] Achievements and Future Directions - The institute has achieved significant results in technology transformation and industry empowerment, including the industrialization of separation and purification technology and the development of high-end customized epoxy resin technologies [4] - Future plans include expanding the "remote research + local transformation" model, strengthening high-end talent cultivation through partnerships with universities, and aiming to generate an additional 1 billion yuan in industry chain value within three years [4]
