时间步入春季,证券业人员流动持续进行。 受市场环境变化与行业政策调整双重影响,证券行业人员转型趋势显著,目光投向新的赛道。 近日,多家上市公司宣布聘任新高管,履历显示部分高管曾有券商从业经历;与此同时,多地政府部门陆续发 布公务员拟录用人员公示公告,证券公司从业人员现身其中。 据券商中国记者统计东方财富Choice数据,截至4月20日,已披露2024年年报的26家上市券商中,有19家员 工人数下滑,占比超七成。 跳槽至上市公司步履不停 近日,润贝航科公告称,聘任于松松担任公司副总经理、财务总监。履历显示,于松松此前曾是国信证券投资 银行事业部业务部门业务董事。 无独有偶,同日仙乐健康公告称,聘任刘若阳为公司副总经理、董事会秘书。其过去同样在券商投行工作,历 任原国泰君安投资银行部高级经理,中金公司投资银行部执行总经理,摩根大通投资银行部执行董事、中国区 基础设施与交通物流行业负责人。 根据券商中国记者不完全统计,近半年来,至少有18名投行人士奔赴上市公司担任高管职务。他们大多为"80 后",来自中信证券、国泰君安、西部证券、民生证券、招商证券、平安证券、中信建投、浙商证券、国信证 券等。 记者注意到,部分人士 ...
