Group 1 - The Ministry of Transport and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions issued a notice to enhance the standardization and improvement of "Driver's Home" facilities at highway service areas, aiming to renovate existing facilities and construct new ones by the end of September 2023 [1] - By April 2026, the goal is to add and renovate over 1,000 standardized "Driver's Home" facilities across the country, focusing on reasonable planning of functional areas and ensuring essential services are available [1] - The "Driver's Home" facilities will provide free basic services for truck drivers, including rest areas, dining, hot water, showers, and laundry, along with additional services like convenience stores, fuel charging, vehicle maintenance, emergency rescue, and administrative services [1] Group 2 - Huolala has integrated over 1,900 "Driver's Home" facilities into its driver app, optimizing commission reduction algorithms and dynamically adjusting pricing based on supply and demand, which is expected to lower commissions by approximately 230 million yuan this year [2] - The Ministry of Transport plans to accelerate the construction of "Driver's Home" facilities in high-traffic highway service areas, ensuring that newly built or renovated facilities display standardized signage [2]
