我国推进农业品牌建设,培育了一批绿色、有机、名特优新和地理标志农产品,提高农民收入、促进农 产品供需结构升级。 以吉林的镇赉大米为例。生产端,因地制宜化盐碱地劣势为优势,结合精深加工推出弱碱性大米等高附 加值品类。健全利益联结机制,实现农民、企业、科研机构等联动发展。销售端,做好产销衔接,通过 精准化定位、品牌化发展与立体化营销,努力做到优质优价。 也应看到,叫得响、实力强、辐射范围广的大品牌还不够多,一些地方"重生产、轻市场",长远规划不 足,农产品质量存在波动,品牌培育的耐心和定力需加强。 "十五五"时期,要加强品牌农业建设。应以质量作为保证,推进农产品标准化体系建设,补齐加工技 术、冷链物流、质量追溯等方面短板,让消费者放心购买。加快构建农产品营销服务体系,培育懂农 业、会经营、善营销的复合型人才,推动区域公用品牌、企业品牌和产品品牌梯次培育和协同发展,并 在渠道对接、金融服务、营销推广等方面形成多部门合力,推动农业由"卖原料"向"卖产品""卖品牌"转 变。 (文章来源:人民日报) ...
