Group 1: Project Overview - The Liuwu Railway, funded by Guangxi Transportation Investment Group and constructed by China Railway Nanning Bureau Group, features a total length of 238.167 kilometers, designed for dual-line electrification and a speed of 160 km/h [7]. - The railway will serve as a main freight corridor connecting the Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guizhou regions, and central Guangxi with the Greater Bay Area [1]. Group 2: Construction Details - The project involves complex terrain with a bridge-tunnel ratio of 72.5%, including 481.43 kilometers of mainline track and 57.34 kilometers of station track, along with 219 sets of turnouts [3]. - To ensure continuous and stable track laying operations, the construction team has optimized the construction plan and resource allocation, employing a dual-machine cooperative operation model [5]. Group 3: Investment and Progress - As of the end of December 2025, the project has completed an investment of 75.8 billion RMB for the year, exceeding the annual plan of 75 billion RMB by 101.07%, with a cumulative investment of 272.49 billion RMB, accounting for 80.45% of the total estimated investment of 338.72 billion RMB [7].
