河南省印发科学教育提质方案 培育具备科学家潜质的青少年群体

1月9日,记者从省教育厅获悉,近日,省委教育工作领导小组秘书组印发《河南省中小学科学教育提质 三年行动方案(2025—2027年)》(以下简称《行动方案》),旨在全面提升我省中小学科学教育质量 和水平,培育具备科学家潜质、愿意献身科学研究事业的青少年群体,一体化推进教育、科技、人才高 质量发展。 《行动方案》聚焦我省中小学科学教育存在的问题和困难,从课程教材、师资培养、实践活动、条件保 障等方面强化顶层设计,部署了中小学科学课程教学筑基提质行动、科学教师队伍建设与素养提升行 动、中小学拔尖创新人才选育行动、科学教育社会大课堂实践育人行动等四大行动,推动我省科学教育 实现由"有"向"优"的转变。 《行动方案》明确提出,到2027年,形成一批科学教育优质课程和优秀课例,建设一支高素质科学教育 教师队伍,打造一支高质量科学教育专家团队,研制一套中小学科学教育质量监测评估指标体系,开发 一套联动校内校外的科学教育资源。(记者 马愿) 基础教育阶段是培育学生科学精神、创新素质的决定性阶段。目前,我省中小学科学教育在课程实施多 样性、教学方式创新性、师资队伍专业性、资源供给均衡性等方面,尚无法完全匹配高质量发展的需 求。 ...
