姑苏金阊:“共治议事亭”商议百姓事

(来源:新华日报) 本报讯 (秦建茹 司盼盼) "以前车都乱停,车位也少。现在好了,下班回来总能踏实停好车!"近期, 在姑苏区金阊街道三元一村社区的体育新村小区,居民李师傅对新建不久的停车场竖起大拇指。 这个建于上世纪80年代的无物业老旧小区,曾因停车难、充电乱、活动空间少等问题困扰居民多年。如 今,社区以一座"共治议事亭"为支点,探索党建引领下的居民自治,探索出一条"党建引领、协同共 治、居民自治"三维一体的社区焕新之路,正悄然实现从"问题小区"到"善治样板"的美丽蜕变。 面对治理困局,社区党委以"根系工程"为抓手,推行"门铃工作法",累计组织线下上门沟通120余次, 线上微网格群收集诉求80余条,系统梳理出停车难、积水险、设施旧等核心问题清单。在此基础上,同 步成立"183号共治小组",吸纳社区党员、交警代表、居民骨干等多方力量参与治理。 共治议事亭不仅破解具体难题,更激发了居民参与治理的主体意识。截至目前,亭内累计召开主题议事 会46场、恳谈会60余场,共识达成率达98%。居民在此民主商议、表决通过《楼道文明公约》等5项自 治规约。老旧小区改造方案等重大事项均经居民代表审定,真正实现"居民的事居民定"。 ...
