扬州新增46家基层医疗机构提供家庭病床服务

近期,新修订的《扬州市家庭病床管理和服务规范》实施,实现多项突破:服务对象新增中重度失能老 人及80岁以上高龄患者;服务场所由家庭扩展至养老机构;起付线降低并与住院合并计算;家庭病床费 用不纳入医保总额控制,患者可同时享受门诊慢特病报销。据悉,患者可就近向定点机构提出建床申 请,机构将在7个工作日内完成评估,建床后责任医生24小时内上门首访。扬州市卫健委主任王劲松表 示,家庭病床是"小切口、大民生"的惠民工程,扬州将继续稳步扩大服务供给,让更多失能、半失能老 年人和行动不便患者在家门口享受到规范、便捷、暖心的医疗卫生服务。 本报讯(李源鹤丽)扬州市卫健委、市医保局日前联合发布家庭病床服务新政策,全市新增46家基层医疗 卫生机构纳入医保定点,覆盖所有县(市、区),为行动不便、居家康复需求强烈的居民提供"床边诊 疗"。 ...
