记者 邬林桦 连日来,上海警方针对未经实名登记实施飞行活动、非法破解无人机安全控制信息系统等"黑飞"违 法行为,持续开展专项整治。据统计,自今年8月29日以来,公安机关共查处"黑飞"案件2526起,处罚 2491人,飞手、无人机主动登记数分别上升20.2%、26%。 据介绍,从近期查处的无人机"黑飞"案件来看,违法人员主要是个人航拍爱好者,临时来沪人 员"黑飞"数量呈增加趋势,而"黑飞"区域多集中在景区和网红打卡点,企业出于工程需要实施的"黑 飞"行为也较为集中。 10月31日,奉贤某高校学生夏某到海湾渔人码头景区游玩。其间,无人机飞行至200米高度(超过 120米,属管制空域)航拍海边落日和摩天轮,被在景区巡逻的民警发现。11月12日,普陀分局长寿路 派出所接到线索预警:天安千树商场上空有1架小型无人机正在"黑飞"。民警到场后,找到了正在操纵 无人机的游客黄某。经查,其无人机飞行高度达到500米,远超120米限高。 目前,夏某、黄某均已被警方依法行政处罚。 ...
