信铭生命科技(00474)发布公告,本集团已于2025年9月16日与各贷款人及代理人订立修订及重述契约(修 订及重述2018年贷款协议)(2025年贷款协议),贷款人同意在满足其中所载先决条件的情况下,提供本金 总额约为8730万英镑的贷款(新贷款安排),为期3年,可选择续期1年。新融资安排将以间接持有位于 55Mark Lane,London EC3R7NE,the United Kingdom商业物业(英国物业)的公司实体的股份质押及对英国 物业的抵押等作为担保。 新融资安排将用于为2018年贷款协议提供再融资安排,以及为英国物业有关的额外资本支出提供资金。 一旦2025年贷款协议得以落实,本公司拟对英国物业进行重大翻新。预计投入资本支出约为1700万英 镑,用于升级主要设施及配套,以提升租户体验及整体吸引力,从而提高英国物业的价值。 英国物业坐落于英国伦敦市中心传统商业区。该建筑目前主要由知名保险公司及金融机构租用,整体空 间出租率约达84%。本公司设有专门团队负责英国物业的管理,包括执行董事及法律、财务及秘书部门 代表。 过去三至四年间,英国物业市场持续动荡。市场不确定性导致再融资困难且新租户招募受阻 ...
