培训新农人,先种“绿色心”

要让新农人"留得住、干得好",必须帮助他们将个人成长融入乡村绿色发展大局。笔者建议,教学中要 重点抓好两项工作:一是凸显价值感,通过展示新农人修复生态、带动增收、改善村貌的真实故事,让 他们看到自身能创造生态、经济、社会等多重价值,在乡村也可以大有作为;二是构建支持网络,鼓励 学员之间、学员与老农户之间交流协作,探讨"企业+合作社+农户"等抱团发展模式。通过培训,让学 员们认识到自己不仅是经营者,更是乡村绿色未来的建设者和引领者。这种使命感的塑造,远比单纯的 技术指导更能激励他们投身于乡村绿色转型进程。 乡村振兴,绿色是底色。面对农业面源污染等现实挑战,单纯传授技术远远不够,必须先帮新农人夯实 生态价值观。在培训中,既不能回避问题,可用具体数据阐明传统发展模式带来的生态欠账;又要深入 阐释绿水青山就是金山银山的转化路径。要让学员们知道,新农人不仅要有知识、懂技术,还要做新观 念的"播种机"。要通过剖析正反案例,引导他们从"要我绿色"转向"我要绿色",主动践行生态文明理 念。 理念扎根,更需落地生根。新农人创业成败,关键在于能否将绿色理念与当地资源禀赋、产业基础深度 融合。培训中,笔者通过带领学员分析典型案例, ...
