作为我国"西电东送"重点工程,±800千伏锦屏—苏南、±800千伏白鹤滩—江苏两条特高压工程,是连接 西部清洁能源基地与东部用电负荷中心的重要能源通道。 本报讯(记者倪敏)记者从国网江苏省电力有限公司获悉,截至11月22日,两大"川电入苏"特高压输电工 程已累计向江苏输送清洁水电突破5000亿千瓦时,达5050亿千瓦时,相当于节约标准煤超1.5亿吨,减 排二氧化碳超4.75亿吨,有力推动区域能源结构优化与绿色低碳发展。 据国网江苏超高压公司设备部主任孙勇军介绍,锦屏、白鹤滩两大水电基地每年向江苏输送电量约550 亿千瓦时,约占江苏区外受电总量的30%,已成为江苏最重要的跨区电力来源。 江苏是经济大省亦是用能大省,能源需求旺盛;四川则坐拥金沙江、雅砻江等长江上游丰富水电资 源。"川电入苏"特高压工程有效破解资源富集区能源外送与经济发达地区用能紧缺之间的发展矛盾,实 现跨区域绿电资源优化配置。 ...
