8月28日,"梯升幸福高度 贷动安居梦想"——杭州市首个老旧小区加装电梯金融惠民公证监管服务党建联建签约仪式在湖墅街道举行。此次活动在杭州市住 房保障和房产管理局,杭州市拱墅区住房和城市建设局的联合指导下开展,湖墅街道与中国民生银行杭州分行就此达成党建联建合作,双方以"政府补贴、 公证监管、金融惠民"的党建联建模式为抓手,创新推出"加梯贷"服务,为"悬空老人"的下楼梦插上翅膀,让长久以来的期盼照进现实。 "以前总盼着楼里能装电梯,可大伙儿凑不齐钱,施工方也犯难。现在有了这'加梯贷',真是解了燃眉之急!" 近日,家住湖墅街道仓基新村小区的居民王阿 姨谈及即将加装的电梯,脸上难掩喜悦。据悉,该楼栋居民早有加装电梯的心愿,但因部分居民虽不反对却不愿出资,资金缺口问题一直未能解决,居民的 加梯梦一度被搁置。而这一次,王阿姨所在的单元成为全市首批"加梯贷"试点单元,加梯方案已通过联审,即将开工建设,多年的加梯梦想终于要实现了。 老旧小区加装电梯,是切实解决居民出行难题、提升群众幸福感的民生大事。但资金难题常常成为"拦路虎":居民凑资压力大,加梯公司也普遍面临垫资困 难,不少加装项目因此卡在了"最后一米"。为积极响应民生 ...
