我在上大学前，读过一本《李白诗选》，杜甫的诗，则只读过《千家诗》里选的那些。大学二年级时借 了萧涤非先生的《杜甫研究》，其中有半册是诗选。差不多读了一个学期，读了比较多的杜诗，也背了 不少。读硕士时，导师说要读唐宋名家、大家的别集。一天从杭州解放路的书店里，买了一套中华书局 出版的《读杜心解》，陈毅元帅题的书名，大概元帅也喜爱杜诗。记得当天下午，就找了一个空静的教 室，一个人坐下来读，读得很入味，不觉窗外的梧桐影子，摇晃着入夜了。那情景现在还清晰地记得。 此后坚持一首首地读下去，读完了全部的杜诗，并且用铅笔做了许多批注。主要是评点词章，同时也参 考《杜诗详注》《杜臆》等书，摘录一些评点、考证的文字，以与浦起龙的《读杜心解》相参考。那时 还谈不上研究，只是很佩服浦氏，觉得"心解"这个方法真好！我后来写的几篇杜诗的论文，写起来觉得 很顺手，还是得力于那时通读了杜诗。 读书自以独观独诵为主，但相与共读，本亦古人读书之正法。独学而无友，闭门造车，落寞少趣，何如 共读之为乐？吾人治学，共谈以观其会通，独悟以发其奇致！尝读《论语》孔子与诸弟子谈诗之语，颇 疑孔门于《诗》《书》，似是以共读为主。观此则可知，所谓"读书会"， ...
