本报哈尔滨9月18日电 （记者郭晓龙）记者从黑龙江省交通运输厅获悉：富裕至嫩江至加格达奇铁路 （以下简称"富加铁路"）改造工程于9月17日正式开工，这是我国最北的电气化铁路改造工程。 富加铁路全线横跨黑龙江省、内蒙古自治区，北起黑龙江省大兴安岭地区加格达奇区，终至齐齐哈尔 市，是大兴安岭地区对外联系的重要铁路通道。该铁路始建于上世纪，现有线路技术标准低、运行速度 慢，难以满足沿线群众便捷出行的需求，同时也制约了区域资源开发与经济发展，亟待升级改造。 富加铁路改造工程按照全线电气化，最高时速160公里标准建设，具备开行动车组条件。项目建成后， 加格达奇至哈尔滨最快运行时间将由当前的9小时43分缩短至6小时30分左右，能实现"朝发午至"。改造 后铁路年货运能力将提升至5000万吨，可高效承接大宗商品及沿线丰富特产资源的外运需求，惠及沿线 数百万居民。 （文章来源：人民日报） ...
