（通讯员 马卫军 报道）为切实筑牢食用农产品质量安全防线，压实经营主体责任，提升行业守法经营 意识，近日，沙湾市组织召开食用农产品质量安全警示约谈暨法律法规专题培训大会。全市大中型超 市、宝源农批市场开办方及宝源市场食用农产品批发经营户负责人参会。 会议通报了2025年度全市食用农产品监督抽检不合格情况，直指部分经营单位主体责任落实不力、进货 查验制度执行不严、食用农产品承诺达标合格证索取与查验不规范、市场开办方入场管控缺位等突出问 题，要求被通报单位限期整改，其他单位举一反三、全面自查，坚决堵塞食品安全主体责任落实中的管 理漏洞。 会上，市监局对2025年流通领域食用农产品抽检不合格单位开展集中警示约谈，明确食用农产品质量安 全红线不可逾越、主体责任底线必须扛牢。约谈强调，各经营单位要深刻认识问题危害性，摒弃侥幸心 理，全面梳理经营管理薄弱环节；要立行立改、标本兼治，严格规范进货查验流程，确保每批次食用农 产品来源可溯、凭证齐全；要坚守食品安全底线，坚决杜绝不合格食用农产品流入市场，切实守护群众 饮食安全。 会议对下一步食用农产品质量安全监管工作作出部署，要求各经营单位严格落实进货查验、索证索票、 台账记录 ...
