中国政法大学端升楼内，悬挂着一块写有"课比天大"的横匾，3000多公里外的新疆政法学院里，也有一 块同样的牌匾。题写新疆政法学院内这幅横匾的，正是中国政法大学"银龄教师"于健。 古稀之年的于健关注学生的成长以及当地社会的发展进步，他笑称自己总是闲不住，争分夺秒地将一腔 热情投入援疆事业。四年来，于健还应邀为克拉玛依市委宣传部及有关市直单位、克拉玛依开放大学、 克拉玛依中小学与和田地区墨玉县各高中等义务开办讲座。 于健与新疆结缘，还要从1957年说起。 2006年，一部讲述中国第一代石油人勘探、开发、建设克拉玛依油田的电视连续剧《西圣地》，让许多 人了解到那段艰难又光辉的岁月，而于健的父亲正是剧中描绘的那些石油人之一。"父亲是1957年北京 石油学院的首届毕业生，毕业时他奔赴祖国最需要的地方，开发克拉玛依油田。油田的第一口生产井， 就是我父亲带着1436功勋钻井队打的。" 1975年，于健父母又响应国家号召，从大西北转战大东北，举家前往辽河油田支援建设。直到2021年， 已经退休10年的于健收到一封来自中国政法大学的邮件，得知教育部等正在开展"银龄讲学计划"，邀请 高校退休教授支援中国石油大学（北京）克拉玛依校 ...
