Democrats have a new list of demands they want to see in exchange for continued funding for the Department of Homeland Security, which runs out of funding in just eight days. The list of 10 demands includes targeted immigration operation using judicial warrants, a stop to racial profiling practices, no masks for agents, and mandatory body cameras among other changes to how the department conducts its immigration enforcement.
