there are tons of people who are very good analytically people who are good communicators uh especially written uh it's harder to find uh so I would say that we are uh indifferent to what people major in um but we do care that somebody is both analytical and quantitatively competent but also is a good communicator because in our business you have to make the case for an investment whether it's verbally or uh written. ...
