来源:辽宁日报 据辽宁日报消息,针对全省住建系统破坏营商环境问题反映强烈的情况,2025年10月21日至2026年1月 16日,省委巡视组对省住房和城乡建设厅党组开展了专项巡视,同步联动全省115个巡察组对市、县 (市、区)两级住建部门党组织开展了专项巡察。专项巡视巡察发现问题5573个、问题线索1310件,受 理主动投案90人,推动边巡边查问题线索176件,留置122人,同时推动全省各级住建部门围绕行政审 批、工程招投标、行政执法、内部管理建章立制384项,取得了阶段性成效。 专项巡视巡察过程中发现的突出问题主要有: 一、政务服务过程中吃拿卡要、以权谋私省住建厅驻政务大厅工作人员王某某,窗口接件时对送钱的当 天转办,不送的以各种理由搪塞拖延、故意刁难,8年收取好处费1614万元。 二、轮番检查骚扰企业省市区住建部门2024年2月以来,对阜新一企业投资建设项目在14个月施工期内 轮番检查16次,其中省住建厅6次,阜新市住建局、海州区住建局各5次,最短间隔3天。 三、同一事由多次重复处罚葫芦岛市住建局2021年12月至2024年5月,对一招商引资项目以未批先建的 同一事由3年内共罚款7次,其中一天以"处罚金额不 ...
