本报讯 （记者 魏爽） 1月13日，记者从"'十四五'发展成就"系列主题新闻发布会省民族宗教事务委员会 专场获悉，"十四五"以来，青海所有市州和98%的县建成全国民族团结进步示范，打造了新时代铸牢中 华民族共同体意识的实践高地。 推动各民族共同走向现代化展现新面貌。财政用于民生支出始终保持在75%以上，全力办好就业、教 育、医疗、养老等民生实事。落实少数民族发展任务资金20.22亿元，比"十三五"多5.73亿元，同比增长 39.5%。坚持"融"的导向，实施了一批特色产业项目，补齐民族地区发展短板。积极推动民贸民品生产 贷款贴息政策落地见效，107家企业享受贴息资金8613万元，增强民贸民品企业市场竞争力。 党对民族工作的全面领导开创新局面。在全国首创省、市、县、乡四级党委、政府主要领导任"双组 长"的"铸牢"工作领导体制。建立民委委员新机制，委员单位扩大到党委、政府和群团的45个主要部 门。创新建立创建工作专项奖励、示范动态管理、第三方评估、模范典型表彰、专业队伍保障等长期行 之有效的工作机制，推动"铸牢"主线贯穿民族工作和民族地区各项工作的全过程各方面。 依法治理民族事务实现新提升。省级和6个自治州相继出台 ...
