曾被一张纸卡脖子,中国如何打破了西方垄断?

造纸术,是我国引以为傲的古代四大发明之一。 然而,我国却曾因"一张纸",被西方国家卡过脖子。 这张纸就是芳纶纸。 芳纶纸不是普通的纸,而是一种高分子聚合材料。 虽然看上去跟纸张区别不大,却是世界三大高性能纤维材料之一,全称为"聚芳酰胺纤维纸"。 芳纶纸 制造芳纶纸,需要先得到芳纶高分子纤维。 根据分子结构的不同,最常见的有两种:芳纶1313(PPTA)和芳纶1414(PMTA)。 前者也被称作间位芳纶,后者被称作对位芳纶。 两者结构相似,但性质和用途不同。 两种芳纶纤维的化学结构 比较成熟的工艺是低温聚合法。 这种方法消耗的有机溶剂少,反应需要的设备比较易得,操作步骤简单,生产效率较高,使用范围广泛。 比较新的方法是界面聚合法。这种工艺比较复杂,控制比较难,对设备要求高,所以投资比较大。 美国杜邦公司采用的是低温聚合法,日本帝人公司则采用界面聚合法。 此外还有乳液聚合法和气相聚合法等,但相对少见。 从芳纶纤维到芳纶纸的制作流程 芳纶纸实际上是一种无纺布。 把芳纶纤维混合分散,用湿法成型后,再通过热压工艺就可以制成芳纶纸了。 芳纶纤维在自然界中不存在,只能靠人工合成来得到这种线性纤维,不同类型的芳纶纤维,制作方 ...
