10月19日，记者从自治区市场监管局获悉，国家知识产权局日前依据《地理标志产品保护办法》发 布公告，对1409个产品予以地理标志产品认定并实施保护，核准8937家经营主体使用地理标志专用标 志。本次广西获得认定并实施保护地理标志产品155个，数量排名居全国第三；获得核准使用地理标志 专用标志经营主体675家，数量排名全国第六。 广西155个获得认定并实施保护的地理标志产品中，既有名果、名茶，如灵山荔枝、南宁火龙果、 融安金桔、百色芒果、西山茶、桂林桂花茶、覃塘毛尖茶，也有地方特色禽畜、水产产品，如钦州海鸭 蛋、钦州大蚝、全州禾花鱼、陆川猪，还有粮油、蔬菜产品，如南丹长角辣椒、东兰墨米、金田淮山 等。 其中，广西荔浦芋、恭城月柿、富川脐橙、大新苦丁茶4个地理标志产品，实现获核准使用地理标 志专用标志经营主体"零的突破"；融安金桔成功将"脆蜜金桔"品种纳入保护范围，实现了保护品种碎片 化向全品类的转变。 截至目前，广西拥有地理标志产品已达244个，涵盖水果、茶叶、粮油、畜禽、水产、中药材等多 个优势特色品类。（刘冬莲 费充） ...
